VIT ALERT! We have had a couple of teams drop out at the 14U level for the 2013 Valley Invitational College Exposure Tournament. We need to have 32 teams in order for the 14A Division to work. If there are any 14U teams that would like to get in, please contact Mike Wells as soon as possible! (mwells@mvwinsurance.com) (503) 329-0129.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: - 5/09/2013 Due to an increasing number of teams, we have done two expansions with 16 teams each. We now have 192 teams in the 18Gold/18A/16A side and 32 teams in the 14A side. This takes us to 48 fields in Washington County and 8 fields in Clackamas County. Our final cutoff date for existing registered teams to receive a refund, if they decided to drop out, was May 1st; so we believe the list we have is a go and will work with that list. There are some players that are coming to the NFCA Exposure Camp that do not have a team to play on for the weekend. If you are looking for players, please e-mail Kym at kwilson@mvwinsurance.com Also, the cutoff of the NFCA Camp is May 31st. We cannot make any exceptions to take more campers after that date was we have to get everything in from those campers that have received acceptance e-mails; get that information into the profile forms with corrections; and get the 100 college coaches booklets printed and ready to go by tournament time. With 430 campers, that is a chore in itself. All payments and paperwork, for the accepted campers, must be back to us by June 6th in order to make it into the College Coaches book. We have downloaded the list of accepted campers twice from the NFCA site. Once on March 18, and again on April 26, 2013. (see below)

The accepted campers on these two lists are what are currently listed on the NFCA Web Site Campers that registered after the 4-26-13 date will be picked up and accepted when we do another NFCA download on 5-10-13.


PLEASE NOTE: Registration for the 2013 NFCA Recruiting Camp opens on February 1st, for those parents and coaches that are NFCA members and February 15th for everyone else.

It is mandatory for teams to stay at one of the approved hotels on our current list.
Teams not staying at one of the approved hotels will be removed from the tournament. Hotel confirmation forms will be sent out to all registered teams shortly after March 1, 2013.
